Terms and conditions

 

• Reservation fee is non refundable, this is paid to hold your date/time.
  If the date of your session is within 14 days of booking, it is also exempt from distance selling legislation.
   

• I require 48 hours notice to change a date should circumstances change beyond your control.
   

• Should the photographer need to cancel for any unforeseen reason, an alternative date will be offered. If unsuitable, a refund will be offered.
   

• You are fully responsible for your child/ren during their session, they may not be left alone under the age of 18.
  Any damages to photographers property is payable by accompanying parent.
   

• Any breach of copyright will be taken seriously. I reserve the right to charge full digital fee for any images I discover have been printed without authority. This includes screenshotting, scanning or duplicating prints without permission.
   

• Once orders have been placed, alterations/refunds cannot be provided due to the nature of the products.
   

• You are invited to the studio for your ordering session roughly 2-3 weeks after your session date. Payment is expected to be made, or arranged, at this session.
   

• Missed ordering sessions are chargeable, an admin fee will be charged before a new date can be arranged.
   

• Your ordering session must be arranged for within 4 weeks of contact from AMC, after this an admin charge will become payable for storage of your images. After 12wks your images will be destroyed unless prior arrangements have been made.
   

• Gallery images are sold in packages, once a package has been bought, the individual prints can be purchased in addition.
   

• Orders must be paid for in full before they can be released, I will not release part orders if there is an outstanding balance.
   

• Orders are the responsibility of the parent who signed the consent form in studio, my contract is solely with this person.
   

• Family members are welcome to order through the named parent, or express consent must be given by named parent for outside orders.
   

• Collections must be by person named on the initial consent form, unless written consent is given for another person to collect on their behalf, regardless of the payee.
   

• Please note each order is per session, and must be collected as one if ordered together.
   

• All orders are subject to quality control before you are contacted to collect, I encourage you to check over your order in studio on collection. By leaving with your items you are agreeing they are in satisfactory condition.
   

• Any printing errors that somehow were not noticed must be brought to my attention within 48hrs and returned to the studio for inspection. Other damage/loss at this point will not be seen as my responsibility.
   

• Digital orders - The USB stick/Disk is a method of delivering the files to you and isn't intended as permanent storage. Please make back up copies of this, you are welcome to create as many as you wish.
  I can only guarantee that when the USB/Disk leaves the studio it is in perfect working order and expect any technical issues to be addressed to me within 48 hours. After this time I cannot be held liable for complications with the USB that may or may not be caused by your computer hardware.

• Digital downloads should be backed up, as once delivered I may not be able to recover the files in the future.

• Copyright remains with the photographer at ALL times. You have printing rights, for personal use, and can reproduce your digital images as many times as you wish for family and friends. However, commercial use, editing, and competition entries are strictly forbidden.
   

• When paying your reservation fee, you are agreeing to the terms above.
